Is document viewing control possible?

Hello.
How can we control which user viewed the posted document? Is this possible in the Alfresco community?

P.S.
The goal is to know that our employees have opened and read the documents uploaded to the site.

Anyway, "activities dashlet" could be useful to get some ideas to develop an specific solution (auditing and activities are different functionalities).
