Site Features Privacy

Hi.. is there any possibilities to change the site features privacy?

For example, the calendar features inside the site. When creating event, everybody inside the site is able to view. Same goes with discussion.

Is there any way to change the privacy of the features? Thank you.

As far as I know is something that is not implemented, but you can develop some custom logic.

Related to the calendar: check this post from @jpotts where you have other alternatives. I know the post is quite old but you can have an idea about which options you have.
