Could you let me know how to configure audit to show when a document is deleled who delele it and when
Thanks for your answer
There is no plugin developed for visibility of audit details. You cn enable auditing which will enable the saving of audit related data in alfresco.
For enabling audit in alfresco refer below link.
https://docs.alfresco.com/5.0/tasks/audit-enable.html
There is one addon you can use for checking audit details which is on below link.
Thanks for your answer
According to our configuration the audit is active however there are no audit entries in ..\Alfresco\alfresco.log file, what we have in
..\tomcat\shared\classes\alfresco-global.properties is as follows
audit.enabled=true
audit.alfresco-access.enabled=true
audit.alfresco-access.sub-actions.enabled=true
audit.filter.alfresco-access.default.enabled=true
audit.filter.alfresco-access.transaction.user=System;null;.*
audit.filter.alfresco-access.transaction.type=cm:folder;cm:content;st:site
audit.filter.alfresco-access.transaction.path=/sys:archivedItem;/ver:;.*
in \tomcat\shared\classes\alfresco\extension\audit we have two files, I am assuming is default config
alfresco-audit-example-extractors.xml.sample
alfresco-audit-example-login.xml.sample
what we need to know is what changes we must make to this default configuration so that the alfresco log registers when a node is deleted (document or folder).
Please look at this if it can help you.
