How can I set start time of boundary timer which is attached to user task

Hi,

We have some requirement in which we have to set start time of boundary timer which is attached a User task.

i.e we have a workflow on a policy issuance and tracking process, in which system should start sending policy renewal reminder to policy holder only before 3 month of policy expiry date and it should repeat it monthly.

Suppose policy is for 1 year, system should send policy renewal reminder on 10th, 11th and 12th month. In this case boundary timer should start it's first execution on 10th month.

Any help highly appreciated.
