Not able to see form from Form Outcome

Hi,

Got this problem.

See attachment, in Figure 1, I have these 2 tasks, Apply and Review MDR. In Review MDR, I create 2 possible outcomes, i.e  Accept and Reject. When I want to configure Flow Condition, see Figure 2, I only see the 1st Task Form but not the 2nd Form which I need have the outcomes that I need to evaluate.

Anything that I am missing?

Could you please share the problematic app and on which "sequence flow" are you putting this logic into? If you select any sequence flows that are before the "Review MDR" task,  the form won't be available for you to apply the conditions.

Problem solved after I recreate the flow.

Hi Ciju,

Unfortunately I removed and recreate the flow and now I can see that. But the flow is not exactly the same as I exclude the service task.

I will try to create a new flow and to see if I can recreate the problem.

Hi Ciju,

I am not able to recreate the problem. The Reject condition is able to pick up the outcome from Task3's form now.
